Process Performance, Capability & Improvement

Using Six Sigma methodology for measuring process performance and improvement, we help our clients in arriving at baseline data that indicate the predictability of a selected process to produce intended results. With this data, we help organizations focus improvement efforts for the purpose of reducing errors, defects and failure(s) and enhance the delivery of their products and services to the requirements and expectations of their customers.

Employee Appraisal

Employee appraisals are an important aspect of performance management. Properly designed and administered, appraisals can increase the likelihood that employees are going to successfully carry out their assignments. Understanding the role of goal setting and performance planning, as well as regular progress reviews and coaching, are fundamental to the ongoing cycle of employee appraisals. This presentation will provide the knowledge and skills needed to plan, implement, and evaluate an ongoing employee appraisal process.
