Marske Consulting Group offers Process Management training in the following areas:
-
Principles of Process Performance
The tactical execution of organizational planning depends on
information gleaned from data produced by the organization.
Without data, management is unable to determine the
effectiveness of its operations and decisions. This course
explores the many considerations that feed into process
execution and the data that needs to be collected and
analyzed for assessment and decision-making. Upon
completion, participants will leave with a high-level
understanding of the data elements that need to be collected
for their specific organizations.
Prerequisite: Process Mapping recommended.
-
Process Mapping
Every organization carries out its functions by managing and
controlling a number of activities and is, therefore,
defined by a set of interrelated processes. Understanding
how each of these processes unfold, what is critical to
each, and how they interface with each other, is critical in
the management and control of any organization. In this
course, participants will learn how to map a process,
identify key process inputs and outputs, and leave with a
high-level process map of their organization.
Training can be provided for groups meeting at client's
facilities or at a facility arranged by Marske Consulting Group.
Each attendee will receive a framed certificate of completion at
the end of the class.
Individualized training is available upon request.
