Henny Marske, Quality Management & Process Performance & Improvement

With years of experience in international business, transportation and quality management, Henny is uniquely qualified to help organizations assess and/or formally develop their quality systems leading-up to registration to ISO 9001:2000, including assessing process performance and process improvement project management. 

She is a member of the American Society for Quality, a founding member of P.E.R.S.I.M.M.O.N., an organization dedicated to environmental preservation and sustainability - a volunteer to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Henny has a Master of Science. in Management Information Systems, University of Missouri, St. Louis and a B.A in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is also an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an experienced lead auditor.

   
Matthew Marske, Corrections, Crisis Management & Security

Matthew has extensive administrative experience in corrections and law enforcement through employment with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and in private community based corrections. He served in administrative, law enforcement and security related positions with the Federal Bureau of Prisons for over 11 years and as an Assistant Director at Metropolitan Employment Rehabilitation Services - a private community correctional facility.

With advanced training in Crisis Management, Emergency Response, Risk Management, and Employee Protection, coupled with a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a background in Sociology and Criminal Justice, he is ideally suited to assist organizations and departments enhance security, reduce liability, mitigate crime, improve employee and customer safety, and increase profitability. His services include, but are not limited to, site surveys and security risk assessment, high profile traveler education and advice, emergency response planning, crisis management services, operational and program auditing, staffing and training services.

Matthew is a member of the American Correctional Association, ASIS International, and is a founding member of P.E.R.S.I.M.M.O.N., a not-for-profit organization dedicated to environmental preservation and sustainability.

He has a Master in Public Administration. from West Virginia University and Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology from St. Louis University.

   
Charles Marske, Criminology, Performance Appraisal & Evaluation

Dr. Marske has extensive experience both as an academician, leader, administrator and consultant. With a background in Sociology and Criminal Justice, he has worked with scores of organizations in the areas of organizational planning, change and performance.

He has worked with such organizations as the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration, Law Enforcement Education Program, Air Line Pilots Association, the Center for Global Partnerships (Tokyo & New York), Franklin Products, Inc., the Missouri Bar Association, the Federal Aviation Administration, National Transportation Safety Board, the Institute for Safety & Systems Management (University of Southern California), St. Louis County Policy Department, and the Department of Human Services of the City of St. Louis.

Dr. Marske also is a noted public policy speaker and delivers keynote addresses and invited lectures on a wide range of topics. He has a B.S. in Sociology from Central Missouri State University, an M.S. and Ph.D. in Criminology and Sociology from Southern Illinois University (Carbondale) and completed post doctoral work at the University of Chicago.

   
James Zbikowski, Quality and Environmental Management System Development, Auditing and Improvement

Jim has over 30 years of experience working with manufacturing companies in the development and implementation of quality management systems and process improvements. Jim has hands-on business experience as he serviced in a number of management positions throughout his career. The majority of Jim's experience comes from the automotive, medical device and service sectors. 

Jim is a member of the American Society for Quality, and a Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor. He is also a QSA/RAB Quality Management System Lead Auditor.

Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and an A.S in Law Enforcement from Owens College.
